Notice for Snow Plow Bids

An acceptable bid will minimally include:
1. The service fee(s) for plowing the entire lot and treating it for ice (safety) by 8:30 am on days the library is open for business.
2. A price breakdown to include per plow charge as well as any additional costs regarding keeping the lot clear and treated for ice (safety) for staff and patrons on days of operation. (ex: large snowfalls vs. 2-4 inches, more than one service in a day, emergency calls, any other fees the library may incur.)
3. Any service limitations
4. Terms and conditions.
5. Proof of insurance
6. Contact information.
